With using this website and or The Kink College products, The Kink College will not be held responsible, accountable or liable for other people’s actions or misuse of products or information.

With all product sold by The Kink College, we advise caution and the following of the manufactures operational intended usage.  

The Kink College candles are a handmade Soy and Soy Blend products, with candle dyes. Some imperfection may be present. Wax play can result in burning and scaring if used incorrectly. Always patch test before use. Do not continue to use if skin irritation occurs or temperature is to hot. Keep away from absorbent materials. They are for external use only.  

The Kink College Shibari Rope is a natural fibre, made from natural jute. Some minor imperfections may be present. This rope has been sourced from Japan and packed locally in Perth W.A. We encourage customers to look after their products to maintain line integrity. Jute rope is a natural fibre that will break down in time and will need to be replace when needed. We recommend checking before each usage and the use of Shibari rope care products.  This rope is not to be boiled to condition as it will damage the rope. Please refer to our page on conditioning for rope care.

The Kink College at all times holds the right to postpone, cancel, refuse entry or remove person/s from a workshop, event, rope jam, chat group, without any given reason. Any refunds warranted will be in accordance with The Kink College refund policy. No refunds will be given if cancellations are made on the day of an event or workshop or rope jams. Any cancellations for rope workshops will need to give 7 days notice, exemptions can be made for medical reasons. All tickets are non-transferable. The Kink College holds the right to prohibit the use of any outside products, toy/s, equipment in workshops, that are deemed to be in breach of their safety procedures. Only approved equipment, toys and products, shall be allowed. Anyone attending any of The Kink College’s workshops, events, rope jams, chat groups must be in a good state of health, not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, anyone showing flu or cold like symptoms, ranging from colds, coughs, sore throats, fevers, will be refused entry and will forfeit any refund. All attending The Kink College workshops, events, rope jams, chat groups, must understand that The Kink College will do everything in their abilities to make the workshop, event, chat group as safe as possible but we can’t be held responsible for other people’s actions or outside factors beyond our controls. The Kink College will not be held responsible or liable for compensation considering the loss or damage to attendee’s person/al equipment beyond control. 

If you would like to stock our products either under a wholesaling agreement or consignment agreement, all our accounts are either payment on receivement or 7 day invoicing. All goods and products will remain the property of The Kink College until full payment is made. Interest and accounting/administration fees maybe charged on over due accounts or invoices. Any collection charges and legal expenses incurred in recovering overdue payments shall be payable by the customer.
